• Develop and implement training programs.
• Develops, delivers, and evaluates training programs.
• Produce training materials, manuals or documentation i.e. teacher training manuals, early childhood education/development manuals
• Use audiovisual aids, computers, and teaching applications
• Manage a training budget
• Prepare training, and program periodic reports and analysis
• Prepare feedback or reports on training groups, targets and accomplishments
• Coordinate with other program managers
• Customize department training strategies or modules
• Sequences objectives; selects instructional design, method, and identifies resource needs.
• Conduct ToTs, subject based, leadership trainings at different levels to teachers.
• Lead and supervise training team.
• Develop and manage reporting procedures for different programs.
• Maintains training data, and provides statistical reports on training programs.
• Monitors progress, identifies problem areas, determines causes, recommends corrective action, and provides counsel to program and training team.

We are actively looking for a seasoned professional who has 8-10 years of proven working experience as a Software Project Manager for our Islamabad office who will be also willing to travel to head office Denmark for short visits. Knowledge of Agile & Scrum methodology with a PMP certification will be treated as a plus. Our primary focus is on software development on the Microsoft Technologies and Mobile Applications.
