Job Description

Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target and maintaining customer service, maintaining cash controls, purchasing and maintaining the store and its facilities.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversees the entire day-to-day showroom’s operation.
  • Responsible for generating sales as per the approved budget and target of the showroom.
  • Responsible for the accounting of the daily sales of the showrooms including the depositing of cash to the bank.
  • Responsible for handling the customer service elements in the professional manner.
  • Responsible for managing the entire showroom’s staff. This involves training, motivating, encouraging and collaborating with Business Group’s Management Team to create a healthy and productive work environment for the staff.
  • Responsible for the training of a highly newly hired staff so they can quickly get up to speed and perform their jobs at a high level of competency.
  • Monitors and ensures the time keeping of the staff as per HR policy.
  • Responsible for filling up all the employees and customers’ queries regarding the product and services.
  • Manages the monthly inventory of the products.
  • Manages the marketing materials allotted to the store and ensures its effectivity to the market.
  • Ensures Department’s compliance to International Organization of Standardization, Company’s Code of Conduct, and Department’s Standard Operating Procedure.

Job Requirements

Qualification/Attainments
Graduated from a 4-year management course or any 4-year related course

Relevant Experience
With at least 3 years working experience as store-in charge     
With at least 1 year working experience as showroom in charge
