Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target and maintaining customer service, maintaining cash controls, purchasing and maintaining the store and its facilities.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Graduated from a 4-year management course or any 4-year related course
With at least 3 years working experience as store-in charge
With at least 1 year working experience as showroom in charge
Behaves in a safety-first manner.
Takes responsibility for maintaining and improving safety skills
Coaches others on safe behavior, encourages early reporting, elevates and/or fixes safety issues
Instructs safety classes and role model for safety while routinely coaching others on safe behaviors
Implements wide-spread safety improvements (beyond area of responsibility)
Effectively influences peers/subordinates/ superiors
Has a positive influence on others (role model)
Effectively and positively influences peers/subordinates/ superiors in difficult/complex situations
Good written, verbal, and presentation skills
