Job Description

The person will be responsible to achieve the required inbound customer services benchmark set by the clients from all around the world. The person should have strong English communication skills, excellent in delivering product information. The energy, motivation, passion and positive attitude to play an effective, productive and pivotal role in a dynamic, challenging and growing technology based company.

Job Requirements

• US or Neutral Language ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comprehension in English
• Ability to clearly understand the statement
• Familiarity of Operating Systems (Windows 98/95/2000/NT/XP)
• Knowledge of browsers
• Knowledge of MS-Word and Excel
• Teamwork, time management, Attentive to customer concerns, positive attitude, conversational, and understanding of different types of customers, empathetic and straight posture
