Job Description

• Coordination with the field teams and Partner Organizations
• Review the activities agreed with donor  with the time line
• Follow-up of activities
• Linkages with Government Officials and Local CBOS
• Formulate Civil society coalitions in selected districts
• Mobilization of district government officials and political leadership
• Conduct Meeting of Learning Improvement Commitments from Duty Bearers
• Prepare and Disseminate of 15 District Report Cards
• create awareness and trigger real pressure and actions from the duty bearers,
• Finalize the 6 types of posters
• Finalize Case Studies and Stories of Citizen Voice
• Organized trainings at Provincial and district levels
• Conduct trainings at district level
• Monitoring of trainings and Survey
• Develop linkages with the media at provincial level
• Launch of ASER Report at Provincial and District Level
• Prepare reports of  Village Baithaks

Job Requirements

• Masters degree in Social Sciences
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience of a reputed organization in the same capacity.
• Excellent communication, reporting & presentation skills
• Command over computer skills i.e. Word/ Excel/ Power Point
• Ability to function as a team leader
• Ability to develop working relationship with federal/provincial
• Ability to provide implementation support & coordinate among team members at head office & field level
• Proficiency in English
