Job Description

• Coordination with Client(s) to get information about their expectation.
•  Attending customer meetings supported by technical engineers where required.
• Progress reporting to internal and external customers.
• Ensuring invoicing activities are completed on time and with integrity.
• Ensuring supports to Manager Industry Assurance through timely delivery of quotations and bid proposals.
• Operational improvement of project(s) and ensure compliance of MI procedures.
• Profit and loss responsibility of the project.
• Development and implementation of procedures for project system improvement.
• Work on Team motivation.
• Develop Training Need Assessment of Inspectors / Supervisors.
• Prepare Training Plan and ensure Training of Team members.
• Hiring of supervisors, Inspectors for projects as per the requirement.
• Resource Management on projects.
• Ensure implementation of HSE policies of both MI & relevant client.
• Work on Project cost control.
• Keep employees database upto date.
• Keep database of Inspectors / Supervisor to ensure timely replacement (When required).

 

Job Requirements

Graduate Mechanical Engineer with minimum 10 years work expereince of Construction, QA/QC Piplines, Plant piping, storage tanks and installation of rotary and static equipments.

Applicant must has detailed knowledge of Codes and Standards of ASME & API.
