Job Description

  • We need “Customer Support Representative/Relationship Executive” who is responsible for:
  • Responsible for maintaining Business to business relationship with clients.
  • Must have experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Confers with customer by phone or in person to receive orders for installation, turn on, discontinuance etc.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Responsible for inbound/outbound calls
  • Knowledge of IT information is mandatory.
  • Must be a graduate atleast.
  • Responsible for sale of new or additional utility service.

Job Requirements

  • Individual must be internet savvy.
  • Active listening
  • Service orientation
  • International Call Center Experience would be Plus Point
  • Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for needs of customers.

Experience:

  • 1 year experience in similar field
