Implement QA in accordance with audits of products and processes.
Supervise all regulations on safety, take on all required safety equipment, give encouragement to staff on practicing safe working regulations, handle with apparent difficulties at once for inform them to observers.
Direct and conduct things in accordance with all required standards, including ISO 9001, API Q1/Spec.7, and other required customer requirements.
Make sure that training is given to all QA personnel of the department so that they can well perform the assigned tasks effectively; manage the budget of the QA department and its other administrative functions in order to make sure that the operation is effectively conducted, cost saving and well integrated.
Set up the general requirements for QA specifications and standards for materials, processes as well as finished products for the Center of Product.
Evaluate product and disadvantages of the process and therefore suggest solutions including but not limited to making any changes of processes, products or standards of QA where warranted.
Make QA plans and other required control procedures of the process to insure processes, make sure that work in progress and finish goods qualified with certain standards and HS&E standards.
Chemical characteristics of and standard methods for the analysis of environmental samples, particularly water and wastewater; principles and practice of
laboratory quality assurance and quality control; laboratory safety practices and
procedures; computer based laboratory information management systems; sampling techniques and methods of statistical analysis; principles of laboratory analytical
methods,; status of state and federal regulations related to laboratory quality assurance and safety practice; data management processing techniques.

Required Skills
Performing standard quality assurance/quality control evaluation procedures,
evaluating data using statistical methods for analysis, interpreting results of stat analysis,
and making appropriate recommendations to management in developing and presenting a
variety of training programs and preparing manuals and documentation.
Develop, improve, and customize products, equipment, formulas, processes, and analytical methods.
Compile and analyze test information to determine process or equipment operating efficiency and to diagnose malfunctions.
Confer with scientists and engineers to conduct analyses of research projects, interpret test results, or develop nonstandard tests.
Direct, coordinate, and advise personnel in test procedures for analyzing components and physical properties of materials.
Induce changes in composition of substances by introducing heat, light, energy, and chemical catalysts for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Write technical papers and reports; and prepare standards and specifications for processes, facilities, products, and tests.
Study effects of various methods of processing, preserving, and packaging on composition and properties.

Must be Bachelor or Masters in field of QA/QC.
