Job Description

·         1. Assist with daily maintenance, wired and wireless area computer network. Installs and tests network servers, operating system software, switches, cabling and other related network components/equipment. 

2. Assist in maintaining and repairing network operating systems, the network cabling infrastructure, and other related components.
3. Assist in performing diagnostic and preventive maintenance to ensure that network system are operational.
4. Assist with network management activities to include, but not limited to, maintaining Domain services, wireless access privileges, network performance monitoring systems, system logs, etc. 
5. Assist in processing work orders directly assigned to the network services department.
6. Assist in maintaining records of work completed and in-progress; and assist in updating network documentation to record installations, upgrades, configurations, etc.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification should be ICS or BCS(Computer Sciences). 

Must have knowledge of Win XP, Win Vista, Win 7, Windows Server 2003 and 2008 and networking.
