Production Officer

Job Description

• Prepare and implement production plan as per supply chain requirement.     
• To be aware about the quality standards and responsible to produce quality products.
• Be aware about the spoilage standard and responsible to reduce up to the minimum level.
• Responsible to prepare daily production report.            
• Responsible to record the machine stoppages and material waste.     
• Responsible to withdrawal materials from store as per production plan.     
• Responsible for the stock counts at the end of each period.     
• Responsible to implement quality pre-requisite in the department and coordinate with the concerned department in case of any gap.
• Responsible to issue transfer note to FG store.            
• Responsible to maintain machines in good condition to avoid production losses.

Job Requirements

• The right candidate must possess sound interpersonal skills to coordinate with other departments
• Well versed in MS Excel & Word
• Effective communication
• Ability to prioritize and effectively work under tough deadlines
• Time Management, Organized and Effective

Qualification:   MSc(Food Technology)/BE(Industrial Engineering)/B.Pharm
Experience:     2-3 years as a Production Officer in well reputed FMCG/Pharmaceutical company, preference will be given to multinational companies candidates.
