Job Description

• Tidy and maintain the reception area
• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
• Provide information to callers
• General administrative and clerical support
• Prepare letters and documents
• Schedule appointments & meetings
• Maintain appointment planner either manually or electronically
• Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
• Monitor the use of supplies and equipment

Job Requirements

• Minimum graduate qualified.
• Ability to handle   PBX telephone system and multi tasking abilities.
• Well versed with Microsoft office
• At least 02 years of relevant experience from reputable institute.
• Effective communication skills; fluent in written and spoken English.              
• Previous experience in cosmetic /medical facility will be preferred.
