Job Description

• Oversee all regional departments including operations, roll out, production, operations core network, RF optimization, fiber optics operations site energization and access issues for the region.
• Oversee the OPEX and CAPEX technical budgets for the region and ensure optimum planning and consumption.
• Oversee the regional KPIs and meet the targets.
• Build and manage a regional core team to get regular updates on all operations and projects
• Define and implement technical and project management strategies for ongoing and new projects including (but not limited to) the indoor/outdoor conversion project for the region
• Liaise with all technical and non-technical stakeholders within the region and at the Head Office to get regular updates and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Ensure quick diagnosis of technical issues in the region followed by efficient resolution plans
• Be in constant touch with the commercial teams in the region to immediately address to any emergencies and crises

Job Requirements

Essential Requirements:

• Recent experience of Head of Technical (CTO) -- or one-step/two-step lower
• Currently at Multinational Telecom Company (Operator, Wi-Max, Vendor)

An ideal candidate should

• Have a Bachelors degree in Telecommunications or Engineering
• Have at least 10 years of technical and management experience
