Job Description
To establish a system of maintaining and auditing of ISO standards, conduct and implement supplier auditing process and develop QMS based on Company standards. To develop a continuous improvement culture of the plant by challenging status quo and leading continuing improvement process in accordance with best practices across the Company Operations.
- Develop a plan to roll out the Company Systems, Supplier auditing and CIP and provide co-ordination for the process (facilitating, tracking progress, monitoring, communication, recognition).
- Lead and co-ordinate the process of establishment Continuous Improvement culture at the Plant with focus of generating effective productivity increase initiatives. Provide clear understanding of the requirements for the CIP- process / culture (e.g. organisation, TPM, behaviours / attitude and culture) by regular coaching and training employees
- Ensure regular gap-analysis between Company and Group standards and potential improvements and work out action plans on achieving the desired status, while involving in the change process all required employees and functions, including Line teams, Supervisors and Managers.
- Provide input and organise periodic Performance Review meetings of teams with plant management to report on Company systems and CIP-status ISO Systems and to define next steps in order to raise the performance bar and to drive towards CIP plant culture.
- Organise or run events required (e.g. teambuilding events, technical training, brainstorming sessions, QCDSM and TPM programs, etc.) in co-operation with HR function to implement expected changes in activities and behaviour and increase awareness of existing tools and processes.
- Make extensive use of international communication platforms (intranet, CIP symposium, ISO Systems, external sources) to fill the local pipeline with new ideas and best practises, as well as providing the plant network with local CIP success stories and initiatives. Track and report on progress.
- Audit Reports regarding ISO 22000 and FS 22000
Job Requirements
Knowledge including: education, qualifications and training
- University degree (Food Technologist is preferred)
- Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Project), manufacturing applications (SAP)
- Thorough knowledge of GMPs, Food Safety, ISO 22000 and FS 22000 System
- Awareness of Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma and TQM
- Better understanding of CI process in terms of Operations context

Experience
- Total Experience of 3 - 5 years
- Managing ISO certification
- Supplier auditing
- GMP/Food Safety
- Successful experience in managing Operations projects in any of its functions e.g. Continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Lean Six sigma and TQM)
