Job Description

• Developing end user documents such as User guides/ Manuals, Technical business proposals, Technical datasheets, modifying technical documents to presentable format etc for our US clients.
• Establishing technical specifications and to determine subject material to be developed for publication using industry best practices for documentation.
• Modifying and upgrading web content
• Writing Web articles relating to technology and Internet Marketing news
• Reviewing published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of reproduction and binding
• Developing proactive business proposals and related content writing methodologies for effective outcomes

Note: This is a permanent night shift job and timings will be 08:00pm-05:00am

Job Requirements

Excellent written and spoken English and communication

Skills required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high pressure atmosphere with a high level of accountability.
• Strong technical knowledge in the field of IT with a good grasp of technical terminology and its usage.
• Ability to write in a simple, concise and accurate manner.
• Good research and documentation skills.
• Highly proficient with MS Office Tools to include Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio.
• Highly motivated individual with the ability to work within tight deadline.
